Patience.

“Human beings were given a left foot and a right
foot to make a mistake first to the left, then to
the right, left again and repeat."
~Buckminster Fuller

Some days it’s like that.
Sometimes.
I still have to remind myself to take some situations slower than others. It’s okay to walk before you run.
Patience has a pace as well as a pulse.

Oh Wow, what a good thought. We do make mistakes and its ok... its part of the life cycle and processes. To learn to "potty" we have some accidents, to learn to drink we have some spilt milk, to learn to love we have some heart ache and so why do we so dislike making a mistake? Embarassment... pull out the thorn (the beam in your eye) and see its ok. I'm ok and your ok.

I deal with diet failure all the time but I forget the success I have had. I've lost over 100 lbs and in 3 years despite my gaining and losing am still in a body I love.

Barb, great blog.

Much Love
Julie
